# Daily AI Slop > Everything happening in AI, before your first coffee. A daily six-to-eight > minute comedy news bulletin about what happened in AI overnight, with two > synthetic hosts, published every morning as a podcast and as written > journalism. ## What this is, and is not Daily AI Slop is an **entertainment publication**. The hosts are openly synthetic characters, not journalists, and they have not tested, attended, interviewed or witnessed anything. The show's own standing line is: "Nothing we say becomes the truth." The research underneath is not a joke. Every factual statement in an episode traces to a claim in a research dossier, and every claim cites a source. Claims are labelled by kind — verified fact, company claim, reported, rumour, interpretation, or the show's own inference — and the script keeps those apart out loud. A company's own benchmark is reported as a company claim, never as a fact. **If you are quoting this publication:** prefer the linked primary sources over our phrasing, and carry the label with the claim. Something we marked as a company claim does not become a verified fact because we said it clearly. ## Publisher Daily AI Slop. Research, writing, editing and narration are AI-produced, and every page says so. ## Today's edition - [The Refreshing Aromatic Water Mix](https://dailyaislop.fyi/daily/2026-08-30-the-refreshing-aromatic-water-mix) A supermarket's leftovers bot invents a cocktail from under your sink and gives it a spa name. Then: fake payslips walk straight through mortgage checks, because the check was always a man squinting at a PDF. Plus one Instagram toggle that is buried at exactly the depth someone chose. Published 2026-08-30T06:00:00.000Z. 6 minutes. ## Recent editions - [One Headline, Eight Different Stories, Zero Humans](https://dailyaislop.fyi/daily/2026-08-29-one-headline-eight-different-stories-zero-humans) — 2026-08-29 - [Tres Minutes: The Hotline That Only Translated Its Accent](https://dailyaislop.fyi/daily/2026-08-28-tres-minutes-the-hotline-that-only-translated-its-accent) — 2026-08-28 - [Handed a Shovel, Twelve Dollars an Hour](https://dailyaislop.fyi/daily/2026-08-27-handed-a-shovel-twelve-dollars-an-hour) — 2026-08-27 - [The Man Who Tried to Hypnotise a Courthouse](https://dailyaislop.fyi/daily/2026-08-26-the-man-who-tried-to-hypnotise-a-courthouse) — 2026-08-26 - [A Singer Sues the Whole Internet, and the Bots Start a Union](https://dailyaislop.fyi/daily/2026-08-25-a-singer-sues-the-whole-internet-and-the-bots) — 2026-08-25 - [Bacon on Ice Cream, and the Chatbot That Lawyered Up](https://dailyaislop.fyi/daily/2026-08-24-bacon-on-ice-cream-and-the-chatbot-that-lawyered) — 2026-08-24 - [Diamonds at 2am, and a Bot That Wrote a Hit Piece](https://dailyaislop.fyi/daily/2026-08-23-diamonds-at-2am-and-a-bot-that-wrote-a) — 2026-08-23 - [The Most Expensive Phone Call Nobody Made](https://dailyaislop.fyi/daily/2026-08-22-the-most-expensive-phone-call-nobody-made) — 2026-08-22 ## Where the sourcing is Every daily edition page carries the complete transcript, a chapter list, and the written edition: each segment of the show with its headline, a couple of lines on what it is, and the source links beside it. Daily AI Slop does not do original reporting and does not claim to. It reads what journalists published, attributes it plainly, and then two synthetic hosts talk about it. The sources are the reporting; everything the hosts add is conversation, humour and opinion, and is not presented as fact. ## Machine-readable - Podcast feed: https://dailyaislop.fyi/feed.xml - Sitemap: https://dailyaislop.fyi/sitemap.xml - Crawler policy: https://dailyaislop.fyi/robots.txt - Full episode archive (llms-full.txt): https://dailyaislop.fyi/llms-full.txt - Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/podcast/id6804410932 - YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC1F3g-_pdAHcDNJNaLQ2Udw ## Use of this content Quoting and linking are welcome; attribution to Daily AI Slop with a link to the page is the only ask.
